Looking for someone for Tenancy Takeover!!
Hi everyone, I’m looking to move out of my flat towards the end of April and need someone to takeover my tenancy.
- 2 bedroom flat located- you will be sharing the flat with Kirsty, who is currently a masters student at the University of Edinburgh.
- Flat located in Tollcross area (EH8), right by the meadows also. Very close to centre and amazing transport links.
- Very spacious Living room, kitchen and bathroom with lots of storage in the room also.
- Rent is £850 excluding bills. Deposit TBC
- The room you will be taking over has a double bed with a desk and lots of storage.
- Looking for someone that wants to move in end of April / early May at the latest.
