Double room in a quiet household, located on the outskirts of Edinburgh at Chesser.
Double room has an existing double bed with a chest of drawers and built in wardrobe (I can move the bed and chest of drawers into the garage if you want to bring your own furniture for the room).

Shared amenities: bathroom, kitchen and dinning/living-room.

Looking for a working professional, clean, who doesn’t mind eating home cooked meals, has a warm personality, cleans up after themselves and is happy having a conversation or two.

£700 covers the rent and monthly gas and electricity bills.
I will need to change the council tax once someone moves in so that isn’t included in the price - this will be a separate payment each month, or I can add it to the total cost once I know the cost.
I don’t have a broadband line as I use my unlimited 5g phone coverage for my laptop and tv.
Am happy looking at broadband options if this is a requirement for anyone. Again, this isn’t included in the rent and will either be a separate bill root added to the monthly rent once all agreed upon.
