I am looking for a university student (undergrad or postgrad) to replace me on a private tenancy agreement from 23 March till 29th August 2026 (this can be extended a further week into September if needed).
Studio (approx 17–19m²) at Goods Corner - Mansion Student Accommodation, 5 mins walk from King's Buildings, and would be ideal for students based there.
The reception staff/building managers are super friendly and welcoming. They will handle your check-in, create your own contract for the studio and give you the keys, etc. as I will leave Edinburgh on 22nd March.
The contract is £290 per week, or £1160 pm, all bills included.
Available 23rd March - till 29th August (inclusive).
£250 deposit.
I will vacate by 22nd March, and you would be able to move in.
Studio has: WiFi included, large smart TV (HDMI adaptor included), study desk, private bathroom, private kitchen containing fridge/freezer, oven, microwave and cooking hobs.
My room is on the 1st floor (not ground level), has a large floor-to-ceiling window, and a great view of the private garden. Room is south-east facing, so gets plenty of sunlight! Very quiet room, facing away from street noise.

- 5 mins walk from King's Buildings Campus (UoE).
- 5 mins walk from Cameron Toll shopping Centre for groceries, gym, etc.
- 5 mins walk from GP practise.
- 5-10 mins walk from Hermitage of Braid and Blackford Hill Local Nature Reserve - beautiful trail for exercise and if you love nature and animals (nearby farm has horses, sheep, deer, etc)!
