Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my room in New Park Student Accommodation, a modern student residence in EH7, very close to the city centre and the University of Edinburgh.

You’ll share a spacious kitchen and common area with the flat.

• 6-bed flat but currently only 5 girls living here
• All flatmates are friendly Chinese students and easy to get along with
• Large shared kitchen and lounge area

The building

• 24-hour reception (can collect parcels)
• Laundry room
• Study rooms / common room
• Occasionally hosts social events
• Secure entry

Great location in a quiet residential area:

• 15–20 min walk to the University of Edinburgh
• Close to Holyrood / Arthur’s Seat
• Bus stop right outside – easy access to George Square and city centre
