We are looking for a flatmate to join us in our lovely flat located in Tollcross, a very central location full of coffee shops, restaurants, Cameo cinema... and the Meadows is just a couple of minutes walking distance, so also close to Edinburgh University.

The room is quite large and includes a small storage inside, so you will not be short of space. Because it is at the back of the building (rather than facing the main street), it is also quiet.

You will be sharing the flat with two lovely female professionals.

The rent is £600 per month, while the bills (internet, gas, electricity) and council tax are £100 per month altogether. The landlord is registered and the deposit is protected under the deposit protection scheme.
