Edinburgh City Flat

I'm looking for a mature tenant/lodger who needs a good Edinburgh location most days and weeks for work but is flexible to allow me and my wife to stay over on an ad hoc basis, typically several days once every 5-6 weeks, usually at weekends and for longer during Festival weeks and Christmas/New Year. Very occasionally, once or twice a year, one or more of my adult children would want to stay. I had a similar arrangement with a mature single woman a few years ago that was very succesful for both parties.

The flat is modern, council tax band E, owned since new for 28 years as aaccommodation for student children and second home, well furnished, convenient for the city centre and Leith, 200m from tram stop, walkable to Waverley and has parking.
