Short-Term Room Available – Central Edinburgh

Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate to take over a small double bedroom in my ground floor flat from the end of April until the end of July. I’m somewhat flexible on both the start and end dates.

The flat is in Upper Grove Place (Dalry/Fountainbridge/Haymarket area), which is very central and convenient. It’s about a 5-minute walk to Haymarket train and tram station, with excellent transport links across the city.

The flat is cosy and well-located, with shared access to a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. You’ll be sharing with me – I’m a tidy and friendly flatmate.

The room is a small double (approx. 1.9m x 3.5m). It’s long and narrow, but still comfortably fits a small double bed, desk, and storage.

Rent is £725 per month, with bills (utilities/energy) typically around £50 per month. Council Tax Band C is included in the rent.


I’m also open to couples, but in that case you would take my (larger) bedroom, as this room would likely be too small for two people. The rent would be adjusted accordingly.
