I am moving out and looking for someone to takeover my room. You would be sharing the flat with one other person (27 female).

We are looking for a full-time professional female who is tidy, quiet and respectful of the shared spaces, as this is not a party flat.

This flat is in an incredible location - right beside the big Tesco on Broughton, a two minute walk from Lidl, close to cafes, pubs and restaurants, and a five minute walk to the Royal Botanic Gardens.

The room is furnished with a double bed (with storage underneath), bedside table, dresser and wardrobe.

The flat itself has a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a beautiful, cozy living room that looks out over the Water of Leith. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful.

The room is availble April 16 but could manage a littler earlier, if needed.

Utilities - £55.00
Wifi - £13.00

A deposit of £650 is required and will be held in a rent deposit scheme.

Please also be prepared to provide two previous flatmate references.
