I am looking for someone to move into my lovely double room in Canonmills area from May 1st!

ABOUT THE FLAT 🏡☀️

The current flatmates are three females aged 20, 23 and 26 and are a mixture of students and recent graduates.

Rent is £687.50 pcm and bills (utilities, wifi and council tax) come to roughly £100 per month. We are council tax band E.

The flat has a large kitchen/dining room, shared bathroom and shared living room (all pictured). The current flatmates enjoy a friendly atmosphere and like hanging out but also appreciate their own space, so there’s no pressure to be overly social if this isn’t you!

The flat is perfectly situated in the lovely Canonmills/Broughton area and is walking distance from Waverley station, Leith and Stockbridge.
