West End Flat

our lovely flatmate is moving out as she’s just bought her own flat! :’) & so we are looking for a new flatmate to join our 4 bedroom flat in the west end starting on the 1st of may !!

about us: we are 3 girls 25/26, working full-time / 9-5 mon-fri. kirsty works in cultural relations and loves travelling, reading, and keeping active. hija works in marketing & loves travelling & film. lydia works in law & likes reading, film photography & going to gigs! we’re a sporadically social flat but often chat and hang out in the lounge, super chill atmosphere

about the flat: this is a 4 bedroom flat with 2 bathrooms; one is en-suite so you’d be sharing a bathroom with only two others in the flat! it’s a prime location right in the west end with high ceilings & lots of light. there’s good access to public transport & can walk just about anywhere. we keep it clean and would ask you do the same

about costs: ~£640/month and bills are around £100/120 (depending on season) including council tax, looking for someone who wants to stay longer term
