Big double room with walk-in closet near Haymarket

Hi everyone!

I have a large double room available, which comes with a walk-in closet. Your room has a desk, chair, bed, and mattress. For the rest the room is yours to decorate how you wish (if you want to!).

The rest of the flat comprises of a spacious living room, a welcoming entry space, and of course a kitchen and a bathroom. The flat has nice high ceilings to make it feel quite big as well.

The location is fantastic, very close to Haymarket station (5-10 minute walk, depending on your walking speed). Plenty of fun pubs, great restaurants, supermarkets, etc. nearby. There's also a Puregym and a Nuffield Health gym both ~10 minutes away by foot, as well as Cineworld if you're also into films like me.

A bit about me, I am from the Netherlands and have been in Edinburgh for almost 7 years now. I enjoy a bit of socialising after work, but nothing crazy. Just relaxing in the living room and able to have a small chat after work is nice, for example. I'm into running as well. If you are too, there are loads of great routes nearby, such as the Meadows, or my personal favourite along the canal. Cooking, reading, Netflix, all the usual stuff.

I work from the office so if you do work from home, you would have the space to yourself during the day.

All bills included, cleaning is alternated each week between us.
