Hi everyone! I’m looking for a flatmate to take over the spare room in my 2-bed flat.

📍Bonnington/Leith, you can get the 10 or 36 bus just a 3 min walk away

🛏️ Unfurnished room, but I can provide a bedside cabinet or source a second hand bed if you need

💵 £625 a month rent, £810 a month inc all bills

Council tax band E

• lovely large balcony

• dedicated parking space (I don’t drive so you’d have it to yourself)

• dishwasher and washer/dryer

• built in wardrobe

I’m a 25-year-old professional from Edinburgh, ideally looking for another female flatmate, but open to males as well. It would be lovely to find someone who’d enjoy the occasional wine night, but I’m equally happy if you’d prefer to keep things more low-key and just be flatmates. I work in hospitality, mainly Tuesday-Saturday but sometimes that changes.
