Dundee Terrace - Room to rent

Hi there!

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us at our home on Dundee Terrace — a welcoming, comfortable space in a great location.

The flat is bright and well-kept, with a cosy living area that’s perfect for relaxing after work or catching up with a film. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, and there’s plenty of space for cooking and sharing meals. The available room is a good size, with room for both sleeping and working comfortably.

We’re in a convenient area with easy access to local shops, transport links, and green spaces, making it ideal whether you’re commuting or working from home (with Haymarket station and trams a 12 minute walk away).

You’ll be sharing with friendly, easy going flatmates who enjoy a calm, tidy home. We’re respectful of each other’s space but also happy to chat, hang out, or have the occasional shared meal. We both also have 9-5 Jobs in the city centre.

We’re looking for someone clean, considerate, and relaxed who’s happy to be part of a positive household.
