Hello!
I have a double bedroom for rent to a female lodger. I will be away a lot of the time so this is essentially a whole flat rental, however I will be staying in the main bedroom when I do return. It is somewhere between a sublet and lodger with the price reflecting this. A full contract will be drawn up for the rental.
The flat is on the top floor of a 200 year old building with 12 other tenents who are all respectful of each other. I have done a lot of work to it inside so I would like someone responsible who will look after the flat - keeping tidy, on top of cleaning, general upkeep of flat and also someone who is happy to look after my plants in my absence.
The length of stay is flexible, but I would like someone until at least Sept/Oct.
Council tax band is C.
Wifi and other bills to be shared - these would be around £150/month each.
Sorry no pets as I have allergies.
