Peaceful Double Room in Warriston

I'm from New Mexico originally, moved here for Uni in 2023. I'm pretty chill and down to earth, always up to go on adventures and try new things. Enjoying this lovely flat while working at the Lidl down the street at the moment while I search for a job in my field.

Looking for someone who is also down to earth, loves art, music, and chilling.

The room is a double room with a west facing window overlooking Warriston Cemetery, it comes with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, dresser and bookcase, as well as an additional built in cupboard in the corner of the room, so there is plenty of storage in the room as well as the living room.

We rent the flat with DJ Alexander who have a specific process for new tenants to go through, it will involve filling out an application form and if all seems well you will go through referencing. They ask that tenants earn 30x the rent amount per year (£19k for the current rent amount of £635) or have a UK based guarantor that earns 36x the amount.

The rent per month is currently £635pppm but anticipated to go up to about £700pppm

Bills per month are about £170 each, consisting of:
- Council Tax Band C (about £100pppm)
- Energy (£40pppm average)
- TV License (£14.55ppm going down in July)
- WiFi (£14pppm)

Move in date is expected to be the 12th of May, with the possibility of moving in sooner (I'm keen for a sooner if the landlord is as well).
