I'm looking for a friendly young professional to fill a room in the beautiful two-bedroom flat I am currently renting in Stockbridge. The room comes fully furnished with a double bed and gets lots of natural light. Features of the flat include a washing machine, dishwasher, shared bathroom, beautiful living room, and access to Dean Gardens.

The flat is in a quieter location but benefits from its proximity to the city center and its transport links. There is a well-connected bus stop right outside the flat, and the flat is around a 15-minute walk from the West End Tram Stop.

It is Council Tax Band E and bills are around £100 per month.

The room is available from May 1, and I am looking for a longer-term flatmate.

You would be living with me, a 24-year-old professional who has been living in Edinburgh for the past 2 years. I'm a sociable person who loves a night at the pub, but also values chill time at home with a nice book. I'm looking for someone friendly, clean, and respectful.
