Modern property very close to city centre. It is 15 minutes by walk from Holyrood park, the royal mile and Princess st. It’s also a 15 minute bus ride away from Portobello beach.

The flat is very close to Meadowbank Shopping Centre, for groceries and food.

There's a spacious bedroom with a standard double with an optional heated mattress topper. Lot of closet space as well.

A separate shower room and a toilet.

A small kitchen with cutlery and modern appliances. Please note that there is no Microwave.

The living room has a sofa, a table and a television.

I have a luxury air mattress with a pump that can be used incase of more guests. Extra towels, sheets and blankets are available as well.

The flat is on the ground floor but has three stairs inside the flat.
