One bedroom available in a two bedroom flat near Harrison Park.

The bedroom is furnished and has an en-suite bathroom. There is a closet, as well as storage drawers under the bed. The room gets lots of natural light.

There is a shared kitchen and living room.

The building has a parking lot - it is shared with other residents and spots are not reserved. There is also a bike room available. The flat is on the 3rd (top) floor and the building does not have a lift!

The flat is about a 15-20 minute walk to the Haymarket train/tram station, and about a 30-35 minute walk to the castle/Princes street. There are multiple bus stops (less than a 5 minute walk) with routes that can take you all over.

I am American but I have been living in the UK for the past year and a half doing my master's. I finished my degree this past autumn and am now working full-time. Wednesday to Friday I work from home, primarily over the phone, so during working hours on those days I will need the flat to be fairly quiet.

In general I would prefer not to live with someone who parties often! I am more of a homebody, I love to play guitar and I am a big sports fan.
