Room with Private Bathroom in Leith

I’m renting out a lovely room in a new-build flat near the park in Leith.

The room comes fully furnished with.
You’ll also have your own private bathroom, as there are two in the flat.
As the building is new and well heated, it stays nice and warm in winter.
The kitchen is very spacious and bright, with a view over Calton Hill and open terrace. There’s also a dishwasher and a robot vacuum, which makes day-to-day living much easier.

The location is very convenient. There’s a bus stop right outside the building, and it’s about a 10–12 minute walk to The Shore or Foot of the Walk tram stops, making it easy to get anywhere in the city. If you have a car, there is also a private parking space included.

About me:
I’m a student studying Marketing at undergraduate level, and I also work remotely from home. I’m into fitness and enjoy going to Pilates, and I work professionally in photography. I spend a lot of time studying, and instead of loud parties I prefer going to a cafe for a chat or travelling. From the photos, you can probably tell I appreciate a clean, minimalist living space.

I’m looking for a friendly female flatmate aged 20–25, also an undergraduate student, who values cleanliness, respects personal space, and isn’t into noisy parties.

Rent: £800 per month + bills (usually around £100)
Available from 1 June to 31 August (happy to discuss alternative move-out dates over the summer)
