2-Bedroom Parkside Basement Tenement Flat

Lovely housemate wanted to fill double room in two-bedroom tenement flat. There is a Margiotta's around the corner, a couple of coffee shops nearby, and big Lidl/Aldi/Sainsbury's all within 15 minutes' walking distance.

Hi, I'm a 29-year old young professional. I am a creative, thoughtful person with a wide range of interests. I'm ideally looking for someone I can form a genuine friendship with and have a good atmosphere at home when we're around.

I play classical guitar, and write my own alt-folk songs on guitar and mandolin (if this will annoy you please avoid!!!). I would love to share my musicality with the next flatmate, perhaps someone I can go to open mics and/or jam with.

I love hiking and have a car that I (or we can) use to help me (or us) inch towards completing the Munro challenge (nearly halfway to compleated).

Socially at home, I would love to hold more dinner parties and board game nights with friends, and I am always happy to grow my circle of friends with whomever moves in.

I also enjoy reading and have a large collection of books you would be welcome to borrow!

I work predominantly from home, usually in my room but sometimes take meetings in the living room.

I am vegetarian, but no expectation for you to be (although I might be uncomfortable with large quantities of meat around). It would be wonderful to sometimes cook and share meals together.

Move in flexible from start of May, but ideally before the start of June.

Landlady will expect referencing.
