Great top-floor flat with harbor veiw

I am moving back to New Zealand and am looking for someone to take over my room.
The room is a good size (~4m×3m) and has a view of Athur's Seat with lots of sun. There is a built in sink and cupboard. The room will come with a clothing rack, desk and mattress (brought from ikea ~ 8 months ago). The flat is in great location about 30min bus or bike ride from the city center. There are lovely pubs walking distance and planty more in Leith (<10mins bike ride away). There are a few climbing gyms close by and an Asda supermarket ~10mins walk away.
The flat has amazing light and a great veiw of the harbor. There is a shower/bath. Large kitchen and a large living room. The flat is on the top floor of the apartment block.
You'll be living with Joe, a PhD student at the university of Edinburgh who will be happy as to get in contact with anyone interested in the room. He is very tidy, enjoys climbing and playing music. It has been a super respectful a lovely place to live while studying here.
Bills usually come to ~50£, so full cost is about 750£ per month.
The flat will suit any mature students or young professionals on exchange or from around Scotland.
