I am moving out of my flat just off Dalry Road at the end of April/beginning of May and looking for a replacement tenant!
Rent is 640 and bills vary seasonally between 30-70. Council tax is Band E. Currently the flat is shared by three other girls who are all finishing their masters, so the new tenant could be a student or professional.
The bedroom is small but very cozy and has a lovely window. There is a shared living room and access to a storage cupboard.
Location is very central and the street is quiet. There is a Lidl a 5 min walk away and a bus stop with links into town.
