Hi! I am moving out of my room in a 2 bed 1 bath flat in Sighthill. The room is a double and comes unfurnished but can negotiate about leaving the bed and wardrobe if needed!
Flat is located about a 10 minute walk to Edinburgh Napier Sighthill campus. Very friendly flatmate that is a working professional. If you are a student you would have to help with council tax.
The flat is cat friendly so that would be considered as the current flatmate loves cats. Rent is £497 and bills are usually about £150 including council tax, but is lower in summer.
