This is an en-suite room in a postgraduate University of Edinburgh student accommodation, Gilmore Place.

The room is very comfortable - it comes with a 3/4 bed, a big window overlooking the courtyard, a desk with a study chair, shelving and hanging space for clothes. The room has a very nice, new private bathroom (with a great shower).

The kitchen and living room area is shared with the rest of flatmates (8 lovely girls who I get on very well with). There are two fridges, two electric hobs/ovens, a breakfast bar and stools, two sofas with a coffee table and a TV.

There is also a large common room for all students living in the accommodation (with seating and study space, a foosball table, a pool table, multiple TVs and a kitchen area) as well as a cinema room and music rooms. These spaces are available to all students. These are really lovely, fun spaces for spending time with your flatmates/friends!

The accommodation is very well-located, near the Meadows, only a 15-20 minute walk to central campus.

As this is a postgraduate University of Edinburgh accommodation, the new flatmate would need to be a currently enrolled postgraduate student at the university.

The room would be available from the 1st of May until the 28th of August (4 months). The rent is £1,263.44 but as a result of the payment structure, the month of August will not need to be paid (I have already paid for this final month). Rent will thus be 3 x £1,263.44. For the 4 months that you would be living there, this would effectively work out to £947.59 per month.

All bills are included in this.
