My current flatmate is moving out after getting onto the property ladder 🏡, so I’m looking for someone to take over the second room in this lovely flat right next to Leith Walk.

- Right next to Leith Walk
- 5-minute walk to buses/trams → Princes Street
- Surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and cafés
- Close to Tesco & Sainsbury’s
- Parking available

Bills:
- ~£200–£250/month (gas, electricity, water, council tax depending on season)

About Me:
I moved to Edinburgh after living in London and Vancouver, and I’m currently on a graduate scheme. I enjoy exploring the city on weekends, travelling, trying new food spots, and having a good chat, but also appreciate downtime during the week.

Looking For:
