Large furnished double room + private bathroom

Hi everyone! I’m looking for one person to take a fully furnished large double room in a spacious and modern 2-bed flat in Fettes/ Stockbridge area, available from 1 May. Length is flexible for the right person.

The room comes with lots of natural light, wardrobe space, a TV, and pretty much everything you’d need! The bathroom is private to you and located directly opposite the bedroom.

The flat itself is large, calm, clean, and very well kept, in a quiet residential block with good bus links into the city centre. It’s also well located for Stockbridge, Dean Village, and central Edinburgh. You’d have access to the kitchen, washing machine, and all shared spaces.

A bit about me: I’m a 30-year-old gay man, work in the cultural sector, and speak English, French, and Arabic. I’m friendly, respectful, and often away for work.

A few important things:
- £850 per month all bills included
- One person only
- No pets
- No smoking indoors
- Absolutely no parties!

Ideally someone working and, most importantly, someone who is clean, respectful, and tidy - keeping the flat clean is a must!
