A bit about me: I’m a 30-year-old working professional from Ireland, currently working from home. I’m pretty relaxed and easygoing - outside of work I enjoy going to the gym, cooking, and reading.

I’m looking for someone of a similar age who is also a working professional (for contributing to council tax). Ideally, you’d be clean and tidy, non-smoker, respectful, and up for a friendly but fairly chilled living environment.

Would need someone moved in and paying rent from the 1st June. £798 per month, inclusive of rent, council tax, broadband and bills. Deposit of £675 and 2 references are required by the letting agent.
