3rd Flatmate Wanted in Lovely Marchmont Flat

Hiya!

We are looking for someone to join us in a 3-bedroom flat, beginning on May 1st. Our first-floor flat is in Marchmont, in a lovely area with plenty of shops and cafes. We're very close to the Meadows and Bruntsfield links, and right between the main campus and King's Buildings.

The flat has three bedrooms with high ceilings, a bathroom with a bath and shower, and a kitchen with a lounge area and a pantry space. We also have multiple cupboards for extra storage, and a small spare room which can be converted into a guest bedroom. The shared garden provides space for drying laundry and there are some very sweet cats to hang out with!

The rent is 632£/pm, and the monthly bills are about 10£ for wifi, and for energy (electricity+gas) bills vary based on the season and usage (about £60 in winter, less in the warmer months).

A little about us; we're two female international students in our 20s, who love hosting dinner parties and going to gigs and bars now and then, but also enjoying cozy nights at home cooking with each other. We are queer-friendly and are preferrably looking for another woman-identifying person to join us! :)
