There are 2 furnished bedrooms available in a flat in Home street - Tollcross (Near Bruntsfield and the Meadows)

We are currently looking for two male students to take two furnished rooms in a spacious five-bedroom flat in Tollcross. It doesn't matter which University you attend or what year you are going into - any student is welcome

Rent is £600 per month, with a deposit of £900 (one and a half months’ rent). Rent must be paid from June onwards, and bills are not included.

The flat itself is spread over two levels and includes five bedrooms in total, with two currently available. It’s spacious and comes with a separate living room, a small but functional kitchen, and two toilets and two showers. Three of the bedrooms are located upstairs, giving the place a bit of extra separation and space.

Each room is fully furnished and benefits from great views. Bedroom 1 faces away from Arthurs seat and is located on the bottom level. Bedroom 2 faces Arthurs seat and is on the top level.

The flat is in an excellent location, with plenty of shops, restaurants, cinemas and pubs nearby. It is right next to The Meadows, offers views of Edinburgh Castle, and is just a short walk from the Old Town.

Transport links are excellent with many buses stopping on Home Street, making it easy to get around Edinburgh. The 45 bus runs directly to Edinburgh Napier University Merchiston campus and Edinburgh Napier University Craiglockhart campus, and continues onto Heriot-Watt University. There are also buses just two minutes away that go to University of Edinburgh King's Buildings, and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to University of Edinburgh George Square campus
