I’m moving out of my room in Newington and need someone to replace me! It’s a lovely room - plenty of space, great view of Arthur’s seat and across the city. Street is quiet and the neighbourhood has everything you need. The Royal Mile is a 15 minute walk away.
It’s a 5 man flat - 3 of us are moving out due to new jobs or moving in with partners. Bills/council tax (band E) are all set up but not included in rent. We are looking for someone 22-28, any gender, who is respectful of other people’s space and common areas, but also enjoys a wee catch up.
