Urgent - Flatmate needed!

Hi there! My student flatmate is moving out suddenly so in order for me to stay, I need to find someone to replace them.

Flat is under DJ Alexander lettings, bills come to approx £115 each (with current flatmate student discounts it's hard for me to know an exact number, but I've highballed it), we are council tax band B.

The flat is super cute, an older build but pretty quirky, we have a breakfast bar and a toilet separate from the bathroom so there's never any arguments over long showers. The room you would be staying in has a window with lots of sunlight, a desk, a chest of drawers and a huge wardrobe. The bed is a double.

I work in a bar so I work 40 hours a week (usually more), varying from between 12 noon to 2am. Sometimes I make dinner after a shift so hopefully you won't mind that. I am quiet and anxious (and usually exhausted from work) so I keep to myself but I am super friendly and open to hanging out. I love making dinner so am happy to make us both food on my days off. I also love collecting records so expect a musical flat on my days off.
