Looking for a sublet FAST, so first-come, first-served!

A spacious double room, available to sublet for the whole month of July.

I am a student at UoE and looking for someone to sublet my room while I am away for July. The earliest date you can move in is 27th June, until 30th July.

If you wish to sublet per week/two weeks, etc., I am open for further discussion as well :)

Located at EH8, it's a 3-min walk from the nearest Sainsbury, close to lots of cafes, charity shops and main attractions in Edinburgh (25-min walk to Princes Street, 10-min walk to UoE Main Campus, 9-min walk to The Meadows)

*MORE ABOUT THE FLAT*

A 3-bedroom flat, with one bathroom (newly renovated and very clean), one kitchen.

A very spacious room and receives beautiful and lots of sunlight during the day, (my pictures are taken near sunset, hence the dark lighting). My room has south facing windows, so you get the best warmth and light in this house (so is the bathroom).

Bed is queen sized, spacious and comfortable. Fully furnished. Wifi bill is GBP11 per person (GBP33 total), which is included in the price of the room (GBP 667+11).

For the electricity bill, you and the other tenants will cover the cost for that month.
