Hello!
I am away this summer on a research project and am looking to sublet my room from 13th June to 3rd October in our friendly houseshare in central Edinburgh :)
It's a pretty top floor flat on Montgomery Street with nice views and a spacious room with two other housemates. I'm looking for someone tidy and clean and that I can trust to look after our lovely flat well while I'm gone. Will also need to be good at communicating with me.
£740 per month includes all bills and internet. So the total amount from 13th June - 3rd October will be £2720 (x3 months @£740 + 21 days at £500).
