Hiya! Im looking for someone who wants accom from start of June to end of August. Oshea South is just 10 min walk from uni, lidl and other shops, and a 15 min walk to Princess st.
The room is on the ground floor but there is a significant height difference (window starts at around 2.5m from the ground ). It is south facing so it gets lovely light and there is a girls bathroom and boys bathroom each shared by 3 people.
The flatmates are so kind and sweet and also very clean. I simply won't be spending the summer in edinburgh and would like to find a replacement tenant :)
Tenant must be a matriculated post grad student and rent is £705 per month
