King bedroom with own bathroom in Leith

Sunny and spacious room with EU King bed (200x160cm), built-in wardrobes, chest of drawers, and optional desk (no chair) with sole access to the main bathroom in a 2-bed flat in Leith close to the Shore.

The flat includes broadband, shared access to a fully equipped kitchen/living room with a balcony, and spot in a parking garage beneath the building if needed. All bills included.

*Note: the desk in the pictures will move to be in the living room beside the grey chair and I will work from home there between 8:30am – 5pm, Mon-Fri. There is a second desk (no chair) available if you’d like!*

The flat is 25-30mins from the city centre and within a 10min walk to the tram and 16, 17, 34, 35, 36, 7, 14, 10, 21 bus routes. Ocean Terminal is a 5min walk away and has some shops and a Pure Gym.

I am a working professional and own the flat. I work from home and enjoy reading, hill-walking, and trying new restaurants in my spare time. I am looking for a clean, respectful flatmate who likes to socialise but also keep the flat as a relaxing space when needed. If you have a green thumb, even better as my plants need all the help they can get! I am (very unfortunately) allergic to animals, so no pets.
