Hi! I’m looking for a lovely female flatmate to take over the main bedroom in a bright and spacious 2-bed flat just by Haymarket (EH3 8EA).

The flat:
The location honestly couldn’t be better – super central, with great transport links, cafes, and shops all within walking distance.

It’s a 2 bed, 1 bath flat, and the available room is the master bedroom, which is very large and gets amazing natural light. The whole flat is south-facing, so it’s especially gorgeous in summer when sunlight fills the living room.

The style is warm, wooden, slightly vintage, which makes it feel really cosy and homely.

About me:
I’ve just graduated from the University of Edinburgh (Film, Exhibition & Curation) and I’m currently looking for roles in marketing while also creating content on the side.

I’m quite outgoing and enjoy having a friendly, easy-going home. I love bouldering, going to the gym, watching films, and cooking (I promise I make very good food and am always happy to share!).

Looking for:
I’d love to live with a clean, respectful and friendly female flatmate. I really value having our own space and boundaries, but it would also be nice to get along, chat, and make the most of living in Edinburgh together.
