Room in a shared flat available June 1-July 1

Hi,

I’m looking to sublet my room from 1 June to 1 July 2026. The flat is on Brougham Place in a very central location, right next to the Meadows.

It’s a two-bedroom flat with a bright living room, kitchen, and separate bathroom and toilet. You’ll be sharing with my flatmate (22 year-old female), who will be staying during this period. We are both 4th-year students at the University of Edinburgh, and we’ll be graduating in July.

The room is spacious and fully furnished, and I’ll leave clean sheets, pillows, a duvet cover, and towels so you can move in comfortably.

Rent: £800 + bills
Preference: Female tenant (ideally a student, but not essential)
Dates: 01/06/26-01/07/26 (flexibility with move-in/move-out dates)
