We're looking for another housemate to join us in our recently-decorated three-bedroom apartment.

You'll be living in the pictured double bedroom Ensuite .sharing the place with one male and one female easy-going professionals (both working 9-5, mostly not from home) who enjoy a relaxed, clean, and tidy home environment.

Almost everything in the flat - e. g. the beds, the washing machine, the entire kitchen area and shared (between two) bathroom - is new this year and the flat itself is amazingly located, by foot it is:
5 minutes to Princes Street and Edinburgh College of Art
10 minutes to the Royal Mile
20 minutes to Georges Square
