Bills: approx £40-50 per month

Lease details:
The current lease runs until 1st September and is on a rolling basis. There is the option to renew the lease beyond this date (this has been done previously), so this could suit someone looking for either a short-term stay for August or student accommodation for the next academic year.

You’d be taking over my room, due to finishing up my studies.
