This apartment is located very close to the Playhouse and Omni centre with its cinema complex, gyms, and lively bars, cafes and restaurants. Both Broughton street and George street are also just a ten minutes walk. Everything is on your doorstep, from doctor's surgeries just behind the building also many dentists, pharmacy, shops and supermarkets are all very nearby.
The apartment has a modern bathroom with power shower and also a soaking bath and there is also another separate closet toilet. The main bathroom has ample storage cupboards for 3 people.. The modern kitchen has the usual appliances including fridge freezer, gas hob with double oven, microwave, dishwasher. The flat is south facing and gets a lot of sunlight. It has gas central heating throughout.
