I have a room to let in West Edinburgh (Sighthill). Its great for buses into town etc and is close to Edinburgh College and Napier University, the Gyle and the City Bypass. Its £120per week and that includes all bills and council tax. I've cable telly and wireless broadband too. It’s a strictly no smoking flat, and that goes for guests as well I'm afraid.

Very close to Stevenson College (5 min walk)

Close to Heriot-Watt (15 mins by bike or 10 min with bus No 25)

25 - 40 mins to city centre.

30 mins to Airport with No 300.
Also on the N25 and N34 Night Buses (very handy!)
Its on major bus routes to Edinburgh, Heriot Watt (5 minute drive) and Napier Universities. Its also ideally situated for access to the motorways to Glasgow and north to Stirling, Dundee and beyond. There are a variety of frequent buses to the city centre and we are on the main night bus routes. Its also within easy walking distance of the Medical Centre, Shopping Centre – pharmacy, supermarket, bakeries – Odeon Cinema, local authority swimming and gym.
