Tesco Metro is just 25 metres away.
The teaching facilities for Edinburgh University start from 50 metres away with Moray House College and St Leonard's Land. The Institute of Geography and High School Yards Campus is 350 metres away. The Law School is about 600 metres.
The room a good shape (almost square) and size, at 14 sq metres and has large south-facing windows which make the room quite sunny. The bed is a 4ft (small) double bed. The furniture is from IKEA including a large desk and a sofa. There is laminate flooring, adjustable blinds and lined curtains. Internet is available by wireless and a data access port.

There is gas central heating and double glazing throughout. It is a warm top-floor flat in a block of 15 flats. The kitchen dining area is fully equipped and includes a washer dryer and fridge freezer. There is one washroom between two tenants: the next best thing to en-suite. Between the four tenants there are two Mira electric showers, two WCs, two washbasins and one bath.
