Double room to let in a fully furnished home. You will be sharing with myself a 35 yr old female and another female flatmate. The bedroom is fully furnished with with a double bed, chest of drawers, bedside table, chest of drawers and fitted cupboards which are perfect for extra storage!
The house is very spacious and has a lovely garden and patio which is perfect for summer BBQ's and enjoying the sun. The house has 4 levels with a large living room and kitchen and the bathroom has just been refurbished.

We are near Asda and Sainsbury's which is a 5 min walk away. The local buses are also a 5 min walk from the house and you can get the 20, 25, 3, 33, 34, 35. It takes 15-20 mins on the bus to get into Princes Street and we are near Stevenson's College, Napier University and Heriot Watt University.

I am a manager at a nursery who is also studying from home, so I am looking for a reasonably quiet individual who is also tidy and friendly.

The rent is £450 a month which includes all bills.
