Lovely quiet safe area (Greenbank close to Morningside) - No. 5 and 16 bus stop 1 min away and few mins walk to 11, 15, 23, 36 bus stops. Close to City Bypass. Rent £800 pcm all inclusive. Free parking/Use of driveway.

I work Monday to Friday 9-5pm and enjoy keeping fit, cinema etc during the week but enjoy meeting up with friends at the weekends for dinner and drinks etc also relaxing over glass of wine in the evening.

I'm looking for a friendly person who is happy to socialise over a meal and couple of drinks at times but at the same time happy to chill out on their own as well and respect each other's privacy.
