Fab cozy flat near canal

I have a room available in a two bed flat from around the 7th February until the end of July 2019..
It's a fair sized room and has a massive wardrobe, a queenside bed and has lovely views out to the garden, which has many fruit and veg grown in it. The bathroom is nicely fitted out with a powerful shower and bathtub!
It's location is great as its round the corner from fountain park cinema complex and bruntsfield. The rent is £365 which includes council tax and broadband, but electric and gas is on top ( I pay £75 a month for those, so half would be around £37 each a month).
I am currently living at the flat too and am a very friendly individual who is happy both in company and on my own. I enjoy making new friends and trying new things. For example I have started sailing recently. I enjoy cooking when I have time and I love films.
I'm looking for someone that is fairly sociable, that enjoys eating meals together and going for a drink or a movie. I'm not a big party person and enjoy quite nights in as well. As the kitchen in fairly small, I would appreciate if the new tenant would be fairly tidy. As I have a little dog, watson, I am also looking for someone that is comfortable with dogs and wouldn't mind taking her for walks every now and again. I would also be happy for you to have a small pet in the house too. I'd like to say a big one but the flats just now big enough I don't think.
