Hi there! This is a lovely double bedroom available near Holyrood Park, close to shops and with transport links around the City. This room would be suitable for students who are looking to stay during the summer for an internship or a Programme at the university.
You will be sharing the flat with me (the live-in landlord) and an Italian flatmate. We are two clean and friendly guys who love to cook, and both keep really active!
I am a person who likes to keep the place tidy, especially the kitchen and bathroom, but am not too much of a neat freak (I hope!!)
You will be paying £500 per month, which includes all bills each month. Because we do not pay council tax, this room is only available to students. (No couples, sorry!)
