Lovely double room with own bathroom available in well appointed flat in Bruntsfield, close to shops, restaurants and pubs and only a fifteen minute walk to the west end and Princes Street. Available from the 1st September 2017.

The room comes with the very best quality of furnishings and bedding, white soft towels and bathrobes.

I have someone who comes in twice a week and cleans the whole apartment from top to bottom. All clean bed linen, towels and room cleaning, plus broadband is included in the rent. Also included is tea, coffee, sugar and the usual basic kitchen food essentials, plus soap-powder and fabric conditioner for personal laundry.

There is use of a well equipped kitchen and use of the sitting room, should that be required.

I am an intelligent, very independent, well travelled female in my mid-fifties and used to a life time of sharing with people of all ages. I am looking for someone who is also independent and would really appreciate living in a very comfortable and clean home.

In the past I have rented the rooms to both students and professionals, so am very open about the type of person I let to, but ideally I would prefer someone who is looking for a few months as opposed to a few years.

The room is not suitable for couples or someone who needs to store a bicycle.

The room is also available on a Monday to Friday basis.
