All bills , wifi and highest band council tax included. It is an easy stroll to Marchmont, Morningside and Brunstsfield where there are a large selection of shops, cafes and restaurants. A 25 minute stroll through the meadows takes you into the city centre, or it is on a direct bus route.

There is a lovely spaniel living here, who is very friendly and well behaved!

Looking for someone who is very clean, tidy and respectful, who would enjoy a relaxing, safe, quiet house and is happy to have a chat, but also enjoys their own space. They shouldn't expect to hold parties and this room is for single use only! :)
