The living room is bright and spacious with a great view of the Pentlands. The kitchen is a little on the miniature side, but has everything you'll need.
The flat overlooks Union Park and has takeaways, a post office and a Scotmid nearby. There is also a 24hr Tesco within walking distance. It has its own parking space as well as on-street parking. The 1 and 22 buses stop very close to the flat and will take you to the city centre. There is a tram stop a short walk away, which can take you into town or out to the Gyle Centre.
Looking for a working person to share with. Minimum stay six months. There is a family living in the flat beneath and sound travels so somebody who isn't too noisy (especially at night) would be great.
