The facilities at IQ are excellent as there everything you need. The room and en-suite are well furnished and a good size. The building itself also rooms such as a social hub with pool table, study rooms and a TV room to name a few. In IQ website, you can find photos online. I am happy to arrange a viewing of the flat.
